Wursthaus Kitchen in Salamanca Hobart is such a delight to walk into. Immediately I feel transported to a deli far far away in Europe! Filled with fresh and cured exotic meats, a boulangerie that sells Gluten Free Bread, a fromagerie that simply makes your mouth water and the best of the best smallgoods. I left with my Salamanca burger patties in hand wishing I could buy so so much more
